01.  INTRODUCTION AND BUSINESS DISCLOSURES

Welcome to the official website of Health Summit Asia 2027 (“Event”), which is owned, organised and operated by Qube Integrated Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Qube”, “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Event website, the Event registration portal, any Event mobile application and any associated digital event platforms operated by or on behalf of Qube for the Event (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

The Event is scheduled to be held at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), Kuala Lumpur on 5 – 7 May 2027 (“Event Dates”). The Event may be organised in collaboration with, or supported or endorsed by, professional bodies, associations and partners (“Event Partners”). Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Site, Qube is the sole operator of the Site and the sole contracting party for the purposes of these Terms, and no Event Partner is a party to, or liable under, these Terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Notice, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and explains how we collect and use your personal data.

02.  ELIGIBILITY AND USER OBLIGATIONS

By using this Site, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The Event is a trade and professional event intended for adults; the Site is not directed at persons under 18.
• All information you provide through registration forms or inquiries is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will use the Site in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.
• Where you register, book or submit information on behalf of a company, institution or other organisation (for example, as an exhibitor, sponsor, group delegate booker or speaker’s representative), you are duly authorised to do so and to bind that organisation to these Terms and the applicable Event Terms (defined below).
• Where you register for restricted sessions or areas reserved for healthcare professionals or trade visitors, the professional details you provide (including any professional registration or practising certificate number) are true and current, and you will produce supporting evidence on request.

03.  USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to use the Site to post, transmit, or otherwise make available:

• Harmful Content: Any material that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy.
• Malicious Code: Any virus, worm, Trojan Horse, spyware, or other computer code intended to damage, hijack, or monitor the operation of our hardware or software.
• Unauthorized Solicitation: Any unsolicited advertising, "spam," pyramid schemes, or commercial solicitations without our prior written consent.
• Data Mining: You may not use any robot, spider, or automatic device to "scrape," "crawl," or index any content from the Site.
• System Interference: Any action that overburdens our infrastructure or interferes with any other party’s enjoyment of the Site.
• Unsubstantiated Health Claims: Any medical, pharmaceutical, health or wellness content, product claims or advice that is false, misleading or unsubstantiated, or that contravenes the Medicines (Advertisement and Sale) Act 1956, the Sale of Drugs Act 1952, the Poisons Act 1952, the Medical Device Act 2012 or any applicable advertising code or guideline issued by the Ministry of Health Malaysia.

04.  EVENT REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION

• Event Terms: Registration for and participation in the Event as a delegate, visitor, speaker, exhibitor, sponsor, media representative or other participant is subject to the applicable delegate registration terms, exhibitor terms and conditions / space booking contract, sponsorship agreement and exhibitor manual, as published on the Site or issued by Qube from time to time (together, the “Event Terms”). In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Event Terms in relation to participation in the Event, the Event Terms shall prevail.
• Fees and Payment: Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and are exclusive of Sales and Service Tax (SST), which will be added to the applicable fees at the prevailing rate (currently 6%), and any other applicable taxes. A registration or booking is confirmed only upon our receipt of payment in full. Cancellation, substitution and refund policies are set out in the applicable Event Terms.
• Registrations Are Personal: Registrations and Event badges are issued to named individuals and are non-transferable except as permitted under the Event Terms. You may be required to present valid identification when collecting your badge. Qube may refuse admission to, or remove from the Event, any person who is not validly registered, who does not meet the eligibility criteria for a restricted session or area, or who breaches these Terms, the Event Terms or the rules of the venue.
• Professional Accreditation (CPD/CME): Certain sessions of the Event (including any programme run in collaboration with an Event Partner) may be submitted for continuing professional development (CPD) or continuing medical education (CME) accreditation by the relevant professional body. Qube does not guarantee that any session will be accredited or that any points will be awarded. The award of CPD/CME points is determined solely by the relevant accrediting body, is subject to its rules and to verification of your attendance, and Qube accepts no liability for any decision of an accrediting body.
• Changes to the Event: Qube reserves the right, without liability, to change the Event Dates, venue, programme, speakers, exhibitors, opening hours or format (including converting all or part of the Event to a virtual or hybrid format) at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of material changes through the Site or by email. Qube is not responsible for any travel, accommodation or other costs you incur in connection with the Event, and you are advised to obtain appropriate insurance.
• Cancellation or Postponement: If the Event is cancelled, postponed or curtailed for any reason beyond Qube’s reasonable control (including epidemic or pandemic, public health directives, government or venue restrictions, natural disaster, fire, civil disturbance or failure of utilities), Qube’s obligations and liability to you shall be as set out in the applicable Event Terms.
• Venue Rules and Safety: While at the Event you must comply with all rules, security, health and safety requirements and reasonable instructions of Qube, its appointed contractors and the venue owner or operator. Any product demonstrations, health screenings or sampling activities conducted by exhibitors are carried out by and are the sole responsibility of those exhibitors.
• Photography and Recording: Photographs, video and audio recordings may be taken at the Event by or on behalf of Qube and may be used for documentation, reporting and promotion of the Event and future events, in accordance with our Privacy Notice. You must not make audio or video recordings of any conference session, or reproduce any speaker or exhibitor materials, for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Qube and the relevant rights holder.

05.  LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

The Site may contain links to "Linked Sites" (e.g., Event Partners, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers’ organisations, hotel and travel partners, registration or ticketing platforms, social media, or venue maps). These sites are not under our control, and Qube is not responsible for their content, updates, or privacy practices. The inclusion of any link is for your convenience and does not imply an endorsement of the site or its operators. Any dealings you have with any exhibitor, sponsor, Event Partner or other third party promoted on or via the Site — including the purchase of any product or service, or any advice or information you receive from them — are solely between you and that third party, and Qube has no responsibility or liability for them.

06.  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All contents of this Site—including text, graphics, logos, and software — are protected by Malaysian copyright laws and international treaties.

• Ownership: All rights are reserved by Qube Integrated Malaysia Sdn Bhd. The name “Health Summit Asia”, the Event logo and all related marks and branding are trademarks of Qube, and no licence to use them is granted by these Terms.
• Restriction: You may not copy, reproduce, or re-use any content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
• Third-Party Marks and Materials: The names, logos and materials of Event Partners, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used with permission. Speaker presentations, abstracts, posters and exhibitor materials remain the property of their authors or owners.

07.  LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

• "As-Is" Basis: The Site and its contents are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
• Inaccuracies: The information or services available through the Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein.
• No Medical or Professional Advice: The content made available on the Site and at the Event — including conference programmes, speaker presentations, abstracts, posters, sponsor and exhibitor materials — is provided for general information and professional education only. It does not constitute medical, pharmaceutical, clinical, nutritional, legal or regulatory advice, is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified healthcare professional, and should not be relied upon for diagnosis, treatment or prescribing decisions.
• Third-Party Views and Products: Views expressed by speakers, panellists, exhibitors, sponsors and Event Partners are their own and do not represent the views of Qube. The inclusion of any product, medicine, medical device, therapy or service on the Site or at the Event does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or representation by Qube as to its safety, efficacy or regulatory status. Each exhibitor and sponsor is solely responsible for ensuring that its products, claims and activities comply with applicable law.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Qube shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising out of the use or performance of the Site, the delay or inability to use the Site, or for any information obtained through the Site.

09.  INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qube, its subsidiaries, affiliates, Event Partners, and their respective directors, officers, employees and contractors from any claim, demand, loss or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your participation in the Event, your violation of these Terms or the Event Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

10.  MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Qube reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Site is offered at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, by notifying registered Event participants by email. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11.  GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
